If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item for a replacement or refund. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days once the return is approved.
